Payment

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any balance owing must be paid on or prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 28 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellations:

- 28 days or more prior to arrival - full refund given, less $20 administration fee

- 27 days - 8 days prior to arrival - 50% of full tariff given

- 7 days or less prior to arrival, no refund given
​Note: No refund for cancellations or amendments made to bookings after check-in.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is from 11am to 6pm.  Arrivals prior to this time will not be considered. 

Please contact our reception team in advance if you will be arriving early or after 6pm. Please note we cannot guarantee your site will be available until scheduled check-in time.
All sites must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

General Park Information

Speed Limit: The speed limit on all park roads is walking pace (8km/h). Please watch for children at all times.
Noise & Anti-Social Behaviour: Please refrain from loud noise, including music and social gatherings, between 10pm and 7am to respect other guests.

We do not permit anti-social behaviour, excessive use of alcohol, use of drugs or acts of violence within our park.
Parking: Each site has one allocated car space; please park only in designated areas.

Safety and Responsibility of children: Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children's conduct and safety. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using park facilities.
Bicycles/Skateboards/Scooters/Rollerblades/Go-Karts: Use these items only during daylight hours and on roadways. e-Scooters are not to  be ridden in the park.

Swimming Pool:  Open from 8am-7pm. Strict supervision of children is required at all times. Visitors of guests are NOT permitted to use the pool.

Visitors: Notify the park office of any additional guests. Visitors must depart by 8.00 pm to avoid additional fees.

Water: No washing of cars, boats, caravans or filling water tanks etc due to local water restrictions.  There are facilities in town if you wish to fill your tanks or wash your vehicles.

WiFi - the hotspot is located on the lounges outside the office.  It does not extend to the park.

Car charging - is not permitted in the park. There is a fast charging facility at 42 Barnard St, Denham
