Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice of cancellation is received within 72 hours of your arrival time, the park will retain the money paid.

Cancellation and Amendments

Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in the retention of all monies paid.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is from 2pm to 5pm. If you require different arrangements, please inform our reception team in advance.
All accommodation and sites must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

General Park Rules

Speed Limit: The speed limit on all park roads is walking pace (8km/h) unless otherwise signposted.
Noise: Please refrain from loud noise, including music and social gatherings, between 10pm and 6am to respect other guests.
Parking: Each site has one allocated car space; please park only in designated areas.

Safety and Responsibility:
Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's conduct and safety. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using park facilities.
Bicycles/Skateboards/Scooters/Rollerblades/Go-Karts: Use these items only during daylight hours and on roadways.

Facilities Usage
Swimming Pool: Strict supervision of children is required at all times.

Visitors: Notify the park of any additional guests. Visitors must depart by 8.00 pm to avoid additional fees.
